Today (3 Oct 2024), Mr. Chirut Wisanjit, Director-General of the Department of Land Transport, spoke about the case of a field trip bus fire that resulted in the deaths of 23 teachers and students. The Department of Land Transport and investigators found that the operator installed more gas tanks than registered, which was 6 vehicles, and installed 11 more.
